Our Skin Journey consultations are the best place to start if you are looking for real skin results. It gives us the time to really get to know you & your skin whilst also giving you a treatment on the day!
‘Your Skin Journey’ consultation will follow these steps:
Skin Question Time: We will start by asking how you currently feel about your skin, what your skin goals are and your skin history
Skin Analysis: We will then have an in-depth look at your skin with our Observ Skin Analyser which will take photos for you to view the dermal layers of your skin, showing its condition and needs.
Skin Products & Ingredients: We discuss products you are currently using on your skin, their ingredients and how ‘active' ingredients may make the difference
Skin Treatment: Once we have all the information about your skin, we will commence with a 30min advanced skin treatment to get you started on your skin journey!
Skin Journey Plan: After your treatment, we will present to you your skin journey plan which will include home care and treatment advice helping you achieve your skin goals.

Our laser skin consultations are an important first step. During your required pre-treatment consultation, we will discuss your skin, if laser is the best option, how it works & the benefits. We will also perform a patch test, used to minimise any side effects. When booking a laser skin consultation, please choose your concern:

Laser Hair Removal

(Redeemable on your first laser hair treatment)
Our laser hair consultation is required for those new to laser hair removal. During this pre-treatment consultation we will discuss how laser works, how many sessions required and if you will benefit from laser hair removal treatments. We will also perform a patch test, used to minimise any side effects.
NOTE: If you have had previous laser hair removal treatments outside our salon, a consultation will also be required but please call us first to discuss your treatment history.
